If you have reserved a hotel room through phuketbooknow.com, we will meet or better any price that you discover on another website if it meets the following criteria:

• It is the exact room type that you have booked with us.
• It is during the same time period as your booking with us.
• We are able to verify the availability of this offer and that it can be booked by any member of the general public.

Please send us the URL which currently advertises a better rate to pricematch@phuketbooknow.com. Once we have verified that it meets all of the above criteria, we will credit your account with the difference between the amounts.

Please note when comparing rates that the discounted hotel rates published on phuketbooknow.com include all taxes and surcharges; there are no hidden fees.

We at phuketbooknow.com believe in strictly protecting our customer’s privacy. phuketbooknow.com will use your personal information ONLY to complete your hotel reservation, and will not alter, distribute, license or sell your information to anyone else or use it for any other reason. If phuketbooknow.com should optionally require using your personal information for our Traveller Review or Travel Forum features, you will be asked for permission that allows us to do so.

Security:
PhuketBookNow.com uses an encrypted high-grade AES-256 256 SSL secure connection. This makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers.

An SSL secure connection is an encrypted exchange of information between the PhuketBookNow.com and Internet Explorer. Encryption is provided through a document the website provides called a certificate. When you send information to the website, it is encrypted at your computer and decrypted at the website.

For any cancellation or cost involved amendments there will be an initial administrative fee of 5%. No additional charges will occur if cancellation is made prior to deadline date mentioned in the individual hotel cancellation policy. For cancellations made after the deadline date there will be an additional charge of 1 night stay or subject to the policy of each individual hotel, full amount of the stay, if applicable. Individual hotel policies are displayed on the side panels during the booking procedure as well as in your confirmation email (via link). For specific amendments not mentioned in the hotel policies please contact us directly via email or by filling out our contact form.

In order to cancel your booking, you will have to contact by sending us an email with your booking details.

For any shortening of your booking period we will reimburse the amount to your credit card unless the individual hotel's policy requires that you be charged the full amount of your booking. Any booking change requests have to be made with us directly and to be confirmed during check-in, or you will not receive your refund, if applicable. Note that there will be an administrative fee of 5% for any refunds made.

If you submit multiple bookings using a different email address and/or customer name, there is an increased chance that our booking system will process the bookings separately. If you submit multiple bookings for the same time period or overlapping time periods, you will be subject to the above Cancellation Policy for each of the bookings. PhuketBooknow.com is not liable for Cancellation fees incurred due to duplicate bookings.
